Accessibility
Accessibility Statement · Prepared: 3 March 2026
1. Our commitment
DrivePro is committed to making its website and web application accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of disability. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
This statement applies to the DrivePro marketing website, the public lesson booking portal, and the authenticated instructor dashboard at drivepro.co.uk.
2. Compliance status
DrivePro is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to resolve remaining issues.
3. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, you may encounter the following limitations:
- Interactive calendar (lesson scheduling): The full calendar component used for scheduling lessons may have limited screen reader support. Keyboard navigation is available but may not be fully optimised. We are investigating improved alternatives.
- Complex data tables (financial reports): Some financial summary tables may lack detailed row and column header associations for assistive technologies. We are adding explicit table headers.
- Third-party widgets: Live chat support (Crisp) and analytics tools are third-party components that may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. These are outside our direct control.
4. Technical specification
DrivePro relies on the following technologies for conformance:
- HTML5
- CSS
- JavaScript (ECMAScript 2022+)
- WAI-ARIA (Web Accessibility Initiative – Accessible Rich Internet Applications)
All content is written in English (en-GB).
5. How we assessed this site
DrivePro used the following approaches to assess accessibility:
- Automated testing: We use axe-core (via Playwright) to run automated WCAG 2.1 AA scans across key application flows on an ongoing basis. Critical and serious violations are treated as build failures.
- Manual review: We periodically review key user journeys using keyboard-only navigation and evaluate against WCAG 2.1 success criteria.
6. Feedback and contact
If you experience any accessibility barriers while using DrivePro, or if you need information in a different format, please contact us:
- Email: accessibility@drivepro.co.uk
In your message, please describe the barrier you encountered and include the URL of the page where you experienced the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
