- You must provide accurate information when registering
- One account per instructor. Driving schools may provision accounts for their instructors via enterprise licence keys
3. Subscription and payment

- Payment is taken via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you select
- Annual plans are paid upfront. Monthly plans renew automatically
- Enterprise accounts are billed to the driving school. Individual instructors activated via an enterprise licence key are not charged separately
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - no partial refunds

- Credits are issued after the referee has maintained an active paid subscription for at least 30 days

7. Your data
You own your data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. On cancellation you may export your data in CSV format. We retain data for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your pupils before entering their personal data into DrivePro, and for complying with UK GDPR in your use of the service.
8. Making Tax Digital and HMRC submissions
DrivePro can submit Income Tax Self Assessment returns to HMRC on your behalf via the Making Tax Digital for Income Tax API. You are responsible for the accuracy of financial data entered. We are not liable for penalties arising from incorrect submissions based on data you have provided.
When you use HMRC features, we are required by law to submit fraud prevention headers with each API request. These include technical data such as your IP address, device identifiers, and browser information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that damages other users or the service itself. We will give you notice except in cases of serious breach.
