Can I control my availability?
Absolutely. You set your working hours, break times, and blocked-out days from your calendar. Pupils can only book slots you've made available. Change your hours at any time and the booking page updates instantly.
Do pupils need to create an account?
No. Pupils book using just their name, email, and phone number. They receive a unique access link to manage their bookings - no passwords, no app downloads, no friction.
Can I embed the booking widget on my own website?
Yes. We provide a simple embed code you can paste into any website - WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or plain HTML. The widget matches your branding and lets visitors book without leaving your site.
What about cancellations?
You set your own cancellation policy - for example, 48 hours notice required. If a pupil cancels inside the policy window, a cancellation fee is charged automatically. No awkward conversations.
Is there a waiting list?
Yes. When your diary is full, pupils can join your waiting list. When a slot opens up - whether through a cancellation or you adding new hours - the next person on the list is notified automatically.
How much does the online booking system cost?
DrivePro's Starter subscription is £19.99 per month (or £16.66/month billed annually). The booking page, calendar, pupil management, and card payments (via Stripe Connect) are part of the Starter plan. There's a 14-day free trial with no card required.
Does DrivePro send lesson reminders to pupils?
Yes. Pupils receive automatic email reminders before their lesson - typically 24 hours and 2 hours beforehand. You can customise the timing. No more sending 'see you tomorrow' texts manually.
Can I charge cancellation fees automatically?
Yes. You set your cancellation policy (e.g. 48 hours notice required). If a pupil cancels inside the notice period, DrivePro automatically charges the fee to their card on file. No awkward conversations needed.
